Easter under the sun… and under the sign of sharing

Easter is that time of year when gardens fill with laughter, tables with sweets, and hearts with joy. We feel spring gently settling in, the days lengthening, the flowers blooming, and it makes us want to slow down, savor… and cook.


Here, chocolate is obviously a must (how could you resist?), but not only that. It's also an opportunity to prepare delicious seasonal dishes, bring out the colorful tableware, set a beautiful table on the terrace, and simply take your time.


And because the sun is shining brighter and brighter, our solar oven is back in full use! Vegetable tarts, spring gratins, little cakes to nibble on after the egg hunt… cooking in the sun is becoming almost an Easter tradition in its own right.


So yes, for us, Easter is not just about chocolate (even though we love it), it is above all a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with the essentials: nature, others, and the joy of doing simple and good things.
