There are several parameters to take into account: sunshine, quantity to cook, etc.

You need to add about half the recommended time: for cooking for 1 hour, you need about 1h30.

When purchasing, for the oven and the dryer, it is recommended to apply a coat of varnish, stain or hardening oil to protect it outdoors.

For the dryer, no maintenance necessary.

For the oven, in a few years, you can give the tank a coat of paint. We are soon selling individual pots of natural black paint, solvent-free, resistant to high temperatures.
